Seasonal Picks in July
This year’s rainy season has been feeling more like midsummer. To help you cool down, we’ve picked a few chilled dishes from our new July menus.
At Seryna, try Cold shark fin and ginger soup, Chilled chawanmushi with horsehair crab, and Ice-chilled snow crab sashimi. Ise lobster sashimi from Chiba is available either whole or half.
At Mon cher ton ton, enjoy cold appetizers before teppanyaki, such as Simmered abalone(chilled) and a refreshing New potato soup. Sea bass carpaccio with caviar and Prosciutto with melon are also great for summer. To finish, Chilled sōmen noodles—served with grated daikon or sudachi make a perfect ending.

SUNTORY FROM FARM Cuvee Seryna, White & Red
White wine crafted primarily from Koshu grapes, enhanced with noble rot base wine. It features a refreshing citrus aroma, a refined acidity with a sense of clarity, and a delicate sweetness from the noble rot that lingers in the finish.
Red wine made primarily from Bijou Noir, offering a soft texture and well-balanced body. Its concentrated fruitiness pairs perfectly with meat dishes.Both wines are uniquely blended with several grape varieties. Enjoy them by the glass or by the bottle.
