Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Please note the following before making a reservation at Seryna and Mon cher ton ton.
Reservations are accepted via TableCheck or by phone directly with each restaurant.
**The following policies may vary by location. For details, please contact each restaurant directly.**
● Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Private room charges may apply.
● For large groups or last-minute reservations, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.
● We do not accept reservations made through AI-based booking systems(e.g., AutoReserve.com), as we may be unable to properly confirm details or contact guests.
Please also note that our information may appear on certain third-party services; however, these are not affiliated with us, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided on those platforms.
● Reservations may be cancelled if we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time. Please contact the restaurant if you expect to be late.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time and no-shows will incur the following cancellation fees:
– Table Reservation (Lunch): 5,500 yen per person
– Table Reservation (Dinner): 11,000 yen per person
– Course Reservation: 100% of the course price
* Group reservations and reservations made through travel agencies may be subject to separate cancellation terms. Please contact the restaurant for details.
* Cancellation fees will not apply if you are unable to visit due to public transportation disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond your control.
