(hereafter referred to as "SERYNA") considers its social responsibility as recognizing that identical personal information such as customer's name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (hereafter referred to as "personal data") shall be handled appropriately, and protecting the personal data under strict management.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations on Personal Data Protection
SERYNA strictly observes the laws on personal data protection and other relevant laws and regulation to handle personal data appropriately.
2. Intended Use of Personal Data
SERYNA may ask customers to provide personal data in various occasions for operating services.
a) To operate services for shop utilization such as confirmation on reservation and purchasing
b) To send information on newly opened shops, events, and products/services by mailing, delivery (home-delivery), and e-mail
c) To respond to inquiries, opinions/requests on operation
d) To obtain the utilization status of products/services and website statistically for better service and development of new products and services.
3. Information Obtained at Specific Shop
SERYNA runs multiple business categories. Personal data obtained at a specific shop will be used within the above stated scope as personal data under SERYNA management. (There may be cases that you receive some information from SERYNA affiliations.)
4. Provision to Third Parties
SERYNA does not disclose customer’s personal data to third parties without customer’s permission except the following cases.
a) When complying with laws and regulations for disclosure and provision
b) When national/local authority and its delegate need the data to cooperate for the administration regarding laws, and there is a possibility that obtaining the consent of the customer affects the smooth operation of the administration.
c) When disclosure is necessary for the protection of human life, human health or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.
5. Personal Data Management
SERYNA establishes "Basic Rules on Personal Data Protection" to maintain and to improve continuously. SERYNA also conducts appropriate trainings for employees to insure compliance.
6. Disclosure/Amendment/Cessation of Use/Deletion of Personal Data
When customers request to disclose their own personal data, SERYNA replies in an appropriate time limit and scope upon identification.
When customers request to amend, make addition on, or delete their own personal data, only in case that the untrue data is found, SERYNA proceeds with the amendment, addition, or deletion in an appropriate time limit and scope upon identification.
C. (Cessation of Use/Deletion)
When customers request to stop using or delete their own personal data, SERYNA proceeds with the cessation of use or deletion in an appropriate time limit and scope upon identification.
